Lee Ann Aden, CPA, CEAP

Small business owners and non-profit executives have a passion for their work, but many times do not have the expertise to implement their vision.  I believe this is an excellent opportunity for a trusted adviser and consultant.  I have extensive background in non-profit accounting, government service contracting, program implementation and human resource management.  As a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), I am in a position to offer objective advice and assistance in financial and strategic areas. As a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), I provide management consultation to small business employers regarding HR procedures, drug-free workplace policies, drug testing procedures, and personnel management.

Prior to starting Beyond Balance Sheets, LLC, I was the Chief Finance Officer for a Denver-based non-profit for 16 years. I have a proven track record developing business policies, accounting practices and internal controls that were scalable from a 1 million operating budget with 10 employees to a 10 million operating budget with 85 employees.

My skills have allowed me to consistently implement successful responses to a changing business environment, enhance revenue generation and support team-based program implementation.  I am interested in putting those skills to work for you!
